Q: Are Municipal Governments Politically and Ideologically Neutral? A: Um…No…They Are Incentivised U.N. Operatives
Poly Tics . Social StudiesOpen Letter To All Elected and Un-elected Public Servants,
Though they didn’t use the phrase ‘separation of church and state’, the framers of The United States Constitution debated the extent to which the government should support religious or political ideologies. Some argued that it was perfectly fine to mandate participation in religious services, but only if a person could choose which ones they would attend or which system of belief they use to guide them.
‘The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms’ references ‘fundamental freedoms’, namely freedom of conscience, freedom of religion, freedom of thought, freedom of belief, freedom of expression, freedom of the press (and other media), freedom of peaceful assembly, and freedom of association. In case law, this last fundamental clause is cited as the main reason for the religious or politically ideological neutrality of the state. It’s notable and somewhat contradictory that the document begins with the statement, “Whereas Canada is founded upon principles that recognize the supremacy of God and the rule of law”. ‘The Charter’ has proven to be flawed in many ways but it is still the only document of guiding principles that should govern how Canadians should exist and thrive. The current federal government has already set precedent for nullifying ‘The Charter’ by recently enacting ‘The Emergencies Act’ and imposing various motions, especially Bill-C63 and other legislation that violate every right and freedom contained in ‘The Charter’.

‘The Charter’ should be enough of a guide to good governance but there is also a civil service code that states that civil servants shall uphold the principle of political and ideological neutrality, meaning that their own political and personal views or loyalties should not interfere with their actions or decisions in conducting public business. When civil servants express their views, they should ensure that their views would not give rise to any conflict of interest with their official duties, or might not be seen to compromise the important principle of maintaining impartiality and political neutrality when discharging their duties. Civil servants shall at all times ensure that their behavior would not impede their performance of official duties in a fair and professional manner.
For your discernment, here are two links below that could provide some perspective on how some municipalities might, or should conduct our business.

Political Neutrality

Nowhere in the ‘Municipal Government Act’ does it make mention that local governments are to be granted social or political licence to engage in associations with non-government organizations or enter into agreements that promote the social engineering of the citizens they are to serve. The City of Airdrie has aligned itself, without public consultation or referendum several agendas that are outside of it’s professed neutrality under some rather vague guidelines to ‘act in the best interest’ of their employers. Aside from Climate and Sustainability and Sexual Identity Politics, The City of Airdrie has taken on the role of promoting and administering what amounts to political, ideological policy. The apparent devotion to U.N.D.R.I.P. activism is no exception.
Canada’s ‘Truth and Reconciliation Commission’ has already been established to perform what is aptly described in it’s very title and should have been a very Canadian undertaking. One of the subsequent ‘Actions’ that was undertaken in association with The United Nations was the U.N.D.R.I.P. Agenda. Land affirmations and acknowledgments have become ubiquitous and are now key to ritualizing the roll out of the United Nation’s U.N.D.R.I.P. agenda and have taken on an air of solemn deference or prayer, a political and ideological supplication. The City of Airdrie flies three flags in front of city hall that signal the virtue of recognizing and promoting the U.N.D.R.I.P. agenda, one that proposes and attempts to mandate the removal of the majority right to own, use and enjoy property in Canada. It would seem that some municipalities and their partners and stakeholders might claim ignorance to the reality of U.N.D.R.I.P., so perhaps now might be the opportunity to familiarize yourselves with it. The first link below will take you to the actual U.N.D.R.I.P. document. The other links present perspectives on the U.N.D.R.I.P. document. The U.N.D.R.I.P. agenda is far reaching and uses obfuscating language to affect all property owners and those that enjoy access to public lands. It would be prudent to familiarize yourselves with the threat that U.N.D.R.I.P. represents to those that might not have immunity from it.
After you have examined the perspectives on U.N.D.R.I.P. provided below, your individual or collective and substantive thoughts would be welcome. Any transparencies and clarity on ‘the declaration’ are essential.
Sincerely, With Others,
Al Neitsch
