Elected and Unelected Officials – For Your Discernment,
I’m sure that you are all aware of the Canada wide assemblies that took place on September 20, 2023. Regardless of your own personal views on where the motivations of either side of the issue lie, the politics of division ensured, with great effect, that special interest groups mobilized to counter protest against concerned parents that gathered to petition for the welfare and education of their children. The leaked zoom call video of the various unions in Ontario and political action groups leave little doubt the extent to which these groups are committed to educating or indoctrinating children beyond factual and truly scientific, academic and civic excellence that should be taught in schools. No doubt there were other militant groups that mobilized across Canada to counter or disrupt these peaceful protests. Parents have the right to direct the curriculum that their children are exposed to and a right to know what happens in classrooms and schools. Some do not agree that education should be directed by the parents and not the state. Some believe that the young minds of other people’s young children are theirs to mold. Whatever their motivation, subversive or militant, this can be found to be nothing other than fundamentally wrong by sensible and discerning people that still value healthy family values and healthy, productive societies.
The introduction and the promotion of gender confusion is well documented to cause physical and psychological harm to children that cannot be reversed. As with medicine, the goal of education should be to at least do no harm. Educational standards have deteriorated in proportion to the attention given to and escalation of gender ideology and the advent of ideological doctrines such as SOGI 123. The state has no business dictating sexuality to parents and children but does have a duty to protect society, especially children, from predation and abuse. History has already produced ideologies and governments that believed that the minds and bodies of children belong to the state. Communism and Fascism come to mind. They outright banned religion and faith based education so that the people could focus their devotion and worship on the state. These ideologies and societies produced monsters and committed atrocities that killed millions through persecution, starvation and genocide. These are facts that are bearing out in what are supposed to be modern, advanced times.

For Your Discernment,
Who gets to define what is and isn’t ‘hate’ speech or what is or isn’t ‘hateful’? Governments, non-government agencies, labor unions, teachers, librarians, mainstream news agencies, social media groups and other special interest groups all seem to claim the divine right or social license to define ‘hate’ and also claim the same right to outline what should be done about people that have a different view or definition of what hate is. Is it reasonable that parents who object to perceived and actual sexualization of their children in schools and libraries out of love and concern be labeled as hateful bigots? Is it unreasonable for anyone to assume to know what lies in the hearts and minds of people that act out of real and apparent concern for their loved ones or humanity as a whole?
Clairvoyance has not proven to be a valuable asset for governing bodies to direct or dictate policy for the benefit of all. In medieval times, people accused of witchcraft were subjected to groupthink, judgment, torture and death by barbaric means based on superstition and supposition. The form of social engineering now being directed at society is no different.
With so much unrest and uncertainty in the world, we are being further divided by issues that could be resolved in peace, reason, civilized discourse and some guiding principle or universal agreement such as the imperfect but solitary, Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Resorting to basic, animal instincts, shouting and name calling should be beyond advanced homosapiens by now. Images of warring chimpanzee tribes throwing grass and sticks in the air come to mind. What is happening, as is borne out by recent protests, about anything really, is an indication of a return to barbarism and primitive times where ignorance and intolerance dictate the actions and behaviors of a society. We have become a ‘regressive’ instead of the ‘progressive’ society that is being promoted.
The great irony of our times is that most mammals still have the basic instinct to procreate and protect and nurture their young. Some animals are actually able to live in civil, mutually beneficial societies. In many cases, the human species seems to have been bred, led or have evolved out of this instinct. Perhaps now, more than ever at any time in human history, we should revive and embrace the importance of healthy, human, family values that unite us rather than engage in state sponsored identity politics that divide us into intolerant mobs willing to do each other harm. Any authoritarian approach to dictating reality, biological science and morality has never resulted in a peaceful, free and prosperous society. On the contrary, it has proven to be a fleeting experiment in total control, enslavement, misery and death. There is no ‘getting authoritarianism right this time’ but perhaps we can at long last, and some time soon, unanimously agree on what it is to be what is best about being human and act on it.
For the children’s sake.
