Since after the second world war, it was universally agreed that Fascists and the Fascist ideology and politics were things to be universally despised. Germans and Italian Fascists alike tried to send their shame, if any, and guilt down the memory hole. Fascists were hated even more than Communists and Socialists. Over time, Communism and Socialism were proven to be more sinister, more controlling and more genocidal than Fascism. These leftist ideologies out killed the Fascists by orders of magnitude. So what happened?
