Dear Pierre Poilievre,
I struggle to share your sentiment that Canada is worth fighting for. Like many Canadians, I took for granted the sentimental nationalist view of Canada as a beacon of peace, prosperity and freedom. Like so many, I had a family to raise and taxes to pay. I must believe that you have approved of the message below but I also have no doubt that you must see how much of it echoes what the current liberal government and their highly subsidized mainstream media gaslights us with at every opportunity.
Life has become very hard for so many but the political class seems to be doing just fine. It’s doubtful that we would see any members of the Progressive Conservative or Liberal Party lining up at food banks or losing their homes or livelihoods to harmful laws and ideologies dressed up as equity, safety, and security. The political classes, including the opposition, as well as the bureaucrat class are well compensated by those Canadians that do pay taxes. There is great hubris in any political party begging for donations from an already overtaxed and impoverished population.
Whatever social contract that may have existed between honest, law abiding, and hardworking Canadians and the political class has been eroded under a false trust that our Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms could protect us from totalitarian overreach and global malfeasance.
Bills C-34, C-22, C-8, and C-9, to name a few of the many, are clearly designed to further silence and oppress Canadians and are pushed though parliament and the senate without meaningful debate. We are losing property rights through UNDRIP and other undemocratic policies that we did not vote for or could not vote against. We have been and will continue to be persecuted and prosecuted for noticing and speaking out against any of it.
You might ask yourself the following questions or even choose to answer them:
How will a conservative opposition to an illegitimate government save this New World Order version of Canada or protect us from it?
Could an independent Alberta be the last stand for freedom and prosperity?
Are you willing to sacrifice the conservative base that voted for you to federalist and globalist interests?
Could the last great act of Canadian patriotism come through an independent Alberta?
Is this a Canada worth saving?
Who will save it?
Who will be able to enjoy it?
Will your children, family, and the people you care about be able to thank you for it?

It’s a chance to celebrate the greatest country in the world and everything that makes Canada special.
Our freedoms.
Our history.
Our people.
The people who work hard, raise families, and make this country stronger every day.
Canada is a very special country. There is no better country than Canada.
But it’s also clear that our country faces serious challenges.
Families are struggling with the cost of living.
Young Canadians are finding it harder than ever to buy a home.
And too many people feel like Canada is headed in the wrong direction.
We are proud to fight alongside patriotic Canadians like you to change that.
