De Facto Government –
A de facto government is a government that is in actual possession of authority and control of the state. It is a government where all the attributes of sovereignty have, by usurpation, been transferred from those who had been legally invested with them to others, who claim to act and do really act in their stead. It’s becoming very clear that government control and agendas are being directed by non-government agencies such as the W.E.F. and the U.N. that ensure that national sovereignty, bodily autonomy, democratic institutions and the rule of law are suspended.

I request full disclosure on the due process undertaken by City of Airdrie council and managers to justify the signing of an agreement with UNESCO’s ‘COALITION OF INCLUSIVE MUNICIPALITIES’ initiative. Specifically I would like to know:
1) What evidence was there that all citizens of Airdrie could benefit from such an agreement?
2) What evidence was presented that Airdrie was experiencing a lack of inclusion that was not otherwise addressed under our Charter of Rights and Freedoms?
3) How many of Airdrie’s 77,000 citizens were consulted before this agreement was signed?
4) Why was this agreement not put to a referendum?
5) Was there a financial incentive from any federal government, provincial government or non-government organization attached to the signing of this agreement?
6) Has the City of Airdrie signed any other agreements with non-government organizations?
7) Does the current Chief Administrative Officer have any connection or affiliation to the World Economic Forum, the United Nations, UNESCO or any other non-government organization? Please provide details.
