Empathy, Morality, Ethics, Water and Public Service
Poly Tics . Social Studies
The following letter was sent to follow up on those previous. Baby Calgary, the City of Airdrie, is still following the agenda that legitimizes the poisoning of wells by exectutive order. It was directed to the usual, unelected suspects at Airdrie City Hall that rule by fiat, and members of the provincial government that should ideally be concerned with whether or not non-consentual mass medication of the public water supply is ethical, moral or legal, namely the ministries of justice, health, infrastructure, and municipal affairs. Of course the premier was also copied but she has some other serious issues to deal with. Still, water is a basic human right that should be free of politicisation and forced chemical contamination. If we can’t stand against this one basic thing, we will surely fall to the other existential threats falling on our heads and into our soil and food.
Drink up if you care or dare.
The Letter –
Dear City of Airdrie Mayor, Council and Management,
Perhaps it’s time for a wellness check on the corporation that claims virtue in managing our affairs.
The vital concept of Ethics in government is based on well-founded standards of right and wrong that prescribe what humans ought to do, usually in terms of rights, obligations, benefits to society, fairness, or specific virtues. Ethics are the practical relative of morals or well-established norms dealing with matters such as family or community health and individual duties, property rights, personal welfare, truth telling, and promise keeping. Among all societies some moral rules are nearly universal—such as those forbidding murder, assault, theft, infidelity, incest and child endangerment or abuse of any kind. A wellness self-check would require every human who claims to serve the public objectively ask themselves if they are ethical or moral or whether they have the empathy to understand how their actions might affect their fellow humans. The answer to these questions usually manifest in the actions of those who claim to serve the public, right or wrong.
Empathy is an action of understanding, being aware of, being sensitive to, and vicariously experiencing the feelings, thoughts, and experience of another. Empathy is a soft skill that should be applied to any moral or ethical code.
Ethics, Morality, and Empathy should be the only virtues honestly claimed by any public servant, elected or otherwise. Recently, a member of Airdrie City Council was voted ‘Best Local Politician’ by Airdrie City View’s 2025 Readers’ Choice Awards. At time of this letter the details of how this title was awarded and the criteria used remain unclear. What is clear is that Airdrie does not have a representational council under a ward and constituent system, so from which population were the votes taken and what does this say about the other members of council? Hopefully ethics, morality and empathy were used as criteria for determining ‘The Best Local Politician’ in Airdrie. Since reliable science and truth and the legality of the potential harms of mass fluoride medication without informed consent is not being considered, perhaps ethics, morality and empathy might lead the corporation of The City of Airdrie to re-examine the facts and change their minds on the introduction of a known neurotoxin and carcinogen into our water supply without offering mitigation or protection.
The City of Airdrie as a corporation seems to be in the midst of an identity crisis. While this corporation outwardly claims to be an elected municipal government, they do not represent the people that live and pay taxes in Airdrie as only managers of infrastructure but rather political and social engineering agents of international non-government interests and influence.
How does The City of Airdrie identify?
Is it a Bureaucracy? Is it a form of government or organization defined by complexity, division of labour, permanence, professional management, hierarchical coordination and control, strict chain of command, over-regulation, overreach and quasi-legal authority? In its ideal form, bureaucracy is impersonal and rational and based on rules rather than ties of kinship, friendship, or patrimonial or charismatic authority, or ethics, morality and empathy.
Is it a Technocracy? Is it a form of government where policymakers which may be appointed or selected based on their selectively proven technical skills or performance or their willingness to follow direction from non-government agencies? Technocrats make decisions based on selective data and conveniently objective methodology instead of public opinions from their constituents or subjects and this is more recently grounded in climate alarmism and net zero ideology. AirdrieOne’s promise of sustainable development echo the threat of U.N. Agenda 30’s Global, Trans-Humanist Goals. The technocracy system differs from representative democracy, where public officials are instead selected on popularity or minority interest. Technocracies are also void of ethics, morality and empathy.
Is it a Democracy? A Democracy is a system of governance in which power is vested in the people and exercised by them directly or through freely elected representatives that value freedoms vital to health and prosperity for all. Being that City of Airdrie corporate policy and ‘governance’ isn’t directed by the people but rather by non-representationally elected officials, bureaucrats and technocrats, Democracy does not seem to fit into The City of Airdrie’s corporate structure and operations manual. Ethics, morality and empathy are vital to any healthy Democracy.
Is it a Corporatocracy? A Corporatocracy is an economic, political and judicial system controlled or influenced by business corporations or non- government corporate interests that supersede all other forms of governance, especially Democracy. This is a more sinister form of governance since it is characterized by authoritarian rule and state control of people and economies. The Fascist regimes of Germany, Italy and Spain were very much corporatists during periods in our shared history with horrific results. Communist and Marxist regimes were and remain deadly. Ethics, morality and empathy are non-existent in a Corporatocracy.
So how does The City of Airdrie identify? Supporting state control of vital resources and necessities of life such as water through the involuntary mass medication of the population suggests that they are operating under a blend of three forms of governance listed above, ones that indicate certain levels of harmful psychopathy, without recognizing the humanity of ethics, morality and empathy.
Will, however The City of Airdrie collectively identify, act to leave a legacy, not of vanity or social engineering projects, but one of ethics, morality and empathy – one that will benefit all in the future?
Sincerely,
Al Neitsch
