When The Circus Comes To Town…And Won’t Leave
Mutterings And Murmurs . Social StudiesThe first travelling circus is said to have been created in the 1830s in North America, by the P.T. Barnum Circus who partnered with the William Cameron Coup and Dan Catello in order to be the first circus to travel the country by wagon, truck or train that set up canvas tents on the outskirts of towns to exhibit grand shows of wonder and amusement. Later in the 1900s The Ringling brothers, P.T. Barnum, and Bailey’s biggest competition, bought them out and the circus was renamed Ringling Brothers, Barnum and Bailey circus.
The act of involving exotic animals and people with both natural and man made deformities or talent inspired circus members from all over the world including Europe to join, it was a revolutionary concept.
Pretty soon showmen from Europe started to imitate the American form of a circus act. Sales decreased dramatically once reaching the 20th century due to an increase in entertainment streaming, video games and, of course, animal rights awareness.
Perhaps one of the biggest draws to the traveling circus was the ‘Freak Show’. For a few pennies, the rube could enter a special tent where he could marvel at poor creatures that suffer from rare deformities that drove them into circus slavery just to survive.
In the good old days, young people wishing to leave the boredom, toil, or horrors of home life ran away to join the circus after having seen the wonders and glamour of the one that just passed through town. They took jobs as carnys or roustabouts. Many came from farms, so had skills and the strength for circus set-up or caring for the menagerie of animals that travelled with the circus. Many had talents that could be harnessed to turn them into performers in the ring or on stage. Many were devoured, abused and spat out by the creepy and sinister miscreants that also worked at these road shows.
These days there is a circus clown movement of misfits, scumbags, and basement dwellers called ANTIFA that have plagued cities across the globe. They claim to be anti-Fascist and Cultural Marxists at the same time. It might be the drug use or toxic junk food that keeps them so confused and quite often violent. They are an unhinged bowel movement from the Liberal and Democrat left that openly receives funding from various George Soros foundations and are also indirectly funded by unsuspecting taxpayers.
Antifa’s True Goals and Tactics Exposed: Andy Ngo
By Ella Kietlinska and Joshua Philipp February 2, 2021 Updated: February 2, 2021
“ANTIFA is both an ideology and a movement that uses intimidation and violence to oppose capitalism and anybody who disagrees with its far-left, anarchist political agenda, says journalist Andy Ngo, an expert on the anarcho-communist group.”
“Antifa is extremely well-organized into secret cells and meeting locations, he said. Its training curriculum mirrors a lot of what is included in the radicalization process that jihadists put Muslims through, he said. It launches some events that look like social gatherings, such as soccer leagues, to recruit people and disseminate its extremist literature and later carry out riots, Ngo said.”
“Ngo said that Antifa doesn’t use the academic definition of fascism that refers to the national socialism of the Nazis or Italian Fascist Party. Antifa remade the definition of fascism for its own use by “describing it essentially as anything that is in opposition to the far-left political agenda,” Ngo said, adding that Antifa has always considered liberal democracy and capitalism as fascism.”
The ANTIFA/BLM circus has traveled to many cities and towns, not to entertain and amuse, but to disrupt, destroy, and demolish good public order or to make bad order worse. There preferred method of travel is public transit, bicycle, e-scooter or skateboard. Occasionally, for special events, buses will be charted by Liberal and Democrat governments or various Soros and WEF organizations to ensure that their resources are efficiently deployed.
