Canada’s Communist Kill God Bill C-9 – A Letter

It’s not enough that the burning and vandalism and gunning of Christian and Jewish places of worship have become a state sanctioned activity, the Canadian Communist Party of Canada, also known as the LPC, has been advancing dystopian technocratic concepts including those posed by a prominent antichrist philosopher named Friedrich Nietzsche. They want to kill Christ on the altar of Satanic Globalism.

There is never any shortage of irony or hypocrisy in times of war. The invading, occupying government and their technocratic WOKE Orc army are very adept at claiming virtue while killing the economy and culture and suppressing and murdering and euthanizing the masses, all for your safety of course.

Dear Justice Minister Amery,

The following letter was drafted and sent by many Canadians to members of the Justice Committee, namely James Maloney, Larry Brock, Rheal Fortin, Roman Baber, Wade Chang, Anju Dhillon, Amarjeet Gill, Anthony Housefather and Petricia Lattanzio. The concerns over recent and ongoing threats of further charter violations are very real. As you are aware, the voting on this bill will take place on Jan. 26, the results of which could present a danger to our rights and freedoms, especially those of faith based communities. Should a majority vote in favor of this dangerous bill, is our Alberta government prepared to protect Albertans from this overreach? How will it do so?

Dear Members of the Justice Committee,

    As a Concerned Citizen, I strongly object to proposed Bill C-9 “Combatting Hate Act”, and I ask you to vote against it. 

    With both Canada’s non-violent and violent, per capita crime rates HIGHER than the USA, Canadians are much more concerned with reforming inadequate bail policies. C-9 will divert precious judicial and police resources away from investigating and prosecuting violent and non-violent crimes including theft, home invasions, carjacking, extortion, and all kinds of assaults. This is unacceptable.

   With 2 Million Canadians regularly visiting food banks, and 50% of Canadians within $250 of financial insolvency, with much higher poverty rates and homelessness, consideration of this bill should be stopped – it is much more important to focus on taking immediate action on reforming soft-on-crime bail policies, and to incentivize private sector job creation, including in the resource extraction industries.  Significant emigration of productive citizens, businesses and capital from Canada in 2025 is an indication that recent government directions including proposed Bill C-9 are harming the economy and Canadian society. 

    There are existing hate crime laws that wisely require Attorney General written consent, that are not being adequately enforced.  There are many laws that could be used to prevent groups impeding access to buildings for religious worship, cultural hubs or cemeteries. A 10 year prison sentence for protesting too near (near is not defined in the bill) to one of these sites, is longer than many receive for violent crimes including assault, sexual assault, criminal negligence causing death, and even manslaughter.

    With increasing polarization in Canadian society, and policies that treat groups unequally, now is the time to encourage free speech.  Free speech reduces tensions rather than silencing open debate.  Open discussion and debate will be stifled as Canadians self-censor in response to Bill C-9’s draconian penalties, for even criticizing an ideology strongly held by a group of people if it crosses into “detestation or vilification” and is stronger than “dislike or disdain”.  That requires a very subjective interpretation that only an Attorney General should make, not police officers and crown attorneys.  Without Attorney General written consent that weighs Charter rights, the risk of (political) abuse is high.

    Criminalizing speech that quotes certain parts of religious holy books, or making statements based on sincerely held religious beliefs, is unacceptable and a direct charter violation.

    If passed, Bill C-9 will almost certainly be ruled by the Supreme Court to violate Charter Rights, but in the interim years, many thousands of Canadians will suffer catastrophic harms for words that do not incentivize violence to any person or group.  In the UK such laws are resulting in over 14,000 arrests per year, with 5,000 in jail now, and cause great societal harm, even tyranny. 

    Several constitutional lawyers, former elected officials, and respected Canadian voices have given an hour of their time to explain how the bill will cause more harm than good.  Please consider their important input to your committee’s deliberations, and stop Bill C-9.
